Does the free tier require a credit card?
No. Sign in with GitHub and you're in. No card until you upgrade.
What counts as a 'skill activation'?
Each call to activate_skill or chain_skills (via MCP or API) that successfully loads a skill. Browse, search, and info calls are never counted.
When does my daily quota reset?
At midnight UTC every day. You'll see the exact reset time in your dashboard when you're close to the limit.
Can I cancel anytime?
When paid billing is enabled, cancellation will be managed through the provider portal. Until then, no paid plan can be purchased.
Is SkillOS open source?
The registry uses the licenses declared with its skill definitions. The platform licensing is stated in the site footer and repository documentation.
Do vertical add-ons require a base plan?
Vertical add-ons are planned and are not available for purchase yet.
